Crispy chicken burgers
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless fillet-500gms
Lemon juice of 1/lemon
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Green chilli sauce-2tbsp
Salt-1tsp
Pepper-1/2tsp
Baking powder-1/4tsp
Egg-1
Maida-3tbsp
Cornflour-2tbsp
Milk-1/4cup
Oil-for frying
Bread crumbs for coating
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the Ingredients and set aside for 30-40mins.Coat the chicken with Bread crumbs and fry in oil.
Ingredients for the dressing
Mayo-1cup
Peri peri sauce-1tbsp
Method :
Mix both mayo and peri peri sauce in a bowl.
Ingredients for assembling:
Cheese slices as required
Tomatoes sliced-2
Ice berg lettuce chopped
Burger buns as required
Method:
Slice the buns horizontally apply the dressing on both the portions place a chicken fillet , 2tomato slices some chopped iceberg and a cheese slice cover the bun.Serve with French fries or ketchup.
