Hey, friendos, welcome to Episode 3 of the Indigo Disk! It's finally time to actually start taking on the BB League's Elite Four, starting off with the #5 ranked member of the League overall, the Fire-type specialist Crispin (which should be totally fun, considering the fairly obvious Fire weakness my team has, so, ya know, NO PRESSURE) 🙃 I was a little under the weather yesterday, so it took me a bit longer than I wanted to get around to editing Episode 4 -- it's definitely ready to go for tomorrow, but I can't guarantee an upload on Thursday just because I was a bit out of commission and don't have Episode 5 recorded yet as I type this (though I'm gonna try and do that tonight), so, ya know, if Episode 5 doesn't go up until Friday or Saturday, that'd be why, haha. Anyway, I hope you all are having a great Tuesday so far! Also, DRINK WATER (unless you're eating spicy food, then milk is the way to go)

You actually should've added the onions too to get the hottest possible result. I did that and got an even more intense reaction from Crispin.

I thought about it, actually, but for some reason I thought that the onions wouldn't have made a difference 😅

QOTD: Oof, that’s a bit of a tough one. I have an affinity for spicy food because I love the kick it gives, so I’ve had quite a few extra spicy things before. Some of the earlier ones were Famous Dave’s “Wilbur’s Revenge” bbq sauce and McDonald’s “Mighty Hot Sauce”, but I’d have to say that the spiciest thing I’ve currently had was ghost pepper queso. I could feel the heat the literal second I put it in my mouth, and even when finishing the jar about a month later, that quickness did not dissipate.

@@SuperNerdDaniel Actually, it wasn’t too bad with the digestion part. The heat in my mouth was as bad as it got, and it was still pretty tasty.

Indigo Disk Episode 3 comments: - I knew Kieran would let you in, since he’s eager to show you how much stronger he’s become since you last met (and also the plot would grind to a halt if you didn’t get in). - Of course they give us the joke of an Elite Four and Champion in the base game and then put proper ones in the paid DLC. Game Freak, you scumbags. - I like Crispin’s attitude. If you have a problem with someone, tell them (unless that would put you in physical danger or at risk of being fired). No need to let bad feelings stew between you and people you care about. And while he may be from Virbank City, which is Roxie’s turf, my guess is he’s related to the three brothers who ran the restaurant in Striaton City. (Could be both; who knows.) - QOTD: My mom and I took a weekend trip to Washington DC at the end of September (to say goodbye to the giant pandas at the National Zoo before they went back to China), and we ate at this Mexican restaurant where I tried their “Supreme Crunch Tacos.” I’m really not good with spicy food; it hurts my mouth and my intestines too much, and these were so spicy that I could barely stomach the first two and had to leave the third one. It’s tricky because two of my best friends love spicy food, and I have to strike a good balance whenever I make something like chili or Korean beef for all of us.

another great playthrough daniel i I can't wait tll you get later on in the dlc cause i have a theory I'd like to share and wonder what you'll think of it but to avoid spoilers i have to wait tll you get a little later in the dlc i haven't heard anyone theorize this even tho id think more people would.

QotE Answer:- I had some buff'lo wings one time that caused what I thought at the time to be an allergic reaction to the bleu cheese dressing I had with them!

Not only one-turn Solar Beam, Crispin's Exeggutor also takes advantage of the harsh sunlight by having Harvest and holding a Sitrus Berry. You kept bragging about your Pokémon's Special Def. investment, but I guess the heat of the battle made you forget that Rotom had basically no Special Atk. left after using Overheat a couple times.

Speaking of Super-Spicy....... If Chili Pepper Cookie is a Pokemon Trainer, her great choices are Scovillian (Cause obviously it have something to do with peppers), Ceruledge (Due to the fact Chili Pepper Cookie can fight with twin blades), Incineroar (Not because of her younger brother, Red Pepper Cookie. But also allures to her 1st costume called "Black Tiger Bandit Leader"), and Honchkrow (Since her Queen of Thieves costume fits well with Honchkrow being a leader of more than 100 Murkrows)
