A Chicago crisis counselor was shot and killed during an attempted robbery in Dunning, just two days before he planned to propose to his girlfriend. NBC Chicago’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports.

The people who did this pistol whipped and car jacked a women before killing this guy. They called her a derogatory slang toward hispanics. Then this guy was killed who was also hispanic.

Should be also treated as a hate crime. When they car jacked the women they yelled a derogatory slang toward hispanics. They pistol whipped her. The car was pinged at 4200 n. Harlem. Then they robbed and shot him.
