I'm kind of annoyed they didn't have all of the sound effects and music from both the original anime and Crystal especially since this is a follow up to the other proplicas which are based on the anime (except for the Crystal Eternal Moon Kaleidoscope). Very inconsistent. :( Kind of like how one of the figure lines released the Outers in Super form and the Inners in their original form. It's nice they're still releasing tons of merch long after the movies have been released. I wish we would get more dolls (that aren't Pullip [somewhat cheaply made] or Volks [super expensive]) like in the 90's/00's. Maybe they'll use 10% of the merch sales for the animation budget for the Crystal Stars Arc. Although that might be a bit too generous. Sorry for coming across as crabby. I've been a fan for over 25 years (I'm 33 going on 34) and Crystal is good but could've been so much better overall. Do you think we'll ever get a re-release of all 7 artbooks or a physical release of the full color manga in English? Those would be perfect 30th anniversary gifts to us fans.

You have every right to be "crabby" not only due to the how nothing matches or lines get dropped, but in general at how Sailor Moon IP gets shafted when it comes to quality both for animation AND merchandise! I'm tired of cheap eternal styled merch as an avid figure and anime merchandise collector.. sucks goodsmile, alter, Kotobukiya don't have the IP for SM.. I recently got a pretty old Sailor Moon cold cast of S season from Kotobukiya back when they had the IP b/c it's the best quality, creative pose and colors+ og SM style figure I've seen even among all these re-releases.. Sailor Moon brings in so much revenue but maybe a handful of figures and the proplicas even catch my eye for merch. We're getting a lot of accessories and kuji items, but those look like a whole lot of nothing to me x'D And then the amount of delays OG crystal anime had with that horrid animation on top.. when it's SAILOR MOON OF ALL THINGS. I just aopskdoaskd

Brooch is very pretty. I can never get used to the new BGM. The OG BGM is just so good and memorable (or just imprinted in my mind after re-watching the original series so many times). Great video

in my opinion this proplica is the prettiest yet, but the fact that it plays music from crystal and not the original 90’s version is a huge letdown.

The only Proplica I missed out on, but now I’m glad I did. I’ll wait for a 90s version. I enjoyed Eternal but I don’t want to double dip with the Proplicas and would rather just stick to the 90s versions. Thanks for the great review!

The Crisis Compact is my favorite brooch! I really wish this had the classic 90’s sounds but it does look fantastic. I don’t understand why all of the stands have then laying down, it makes them so hard to display :(

I got mine a few days ago and honestly didn't know it had a snippet of the classic theme lol. It's not my favorite broach, but I do like it!

I dont think mine shipped yet. I wish they used the sounds from the original anime as they sounded better. I also felt like they didn't do much with the lighting effects compared to what they did with the cosmic heart or crystal star proplicas but it does look pretty.

This was my gateway proplica into dropping my savings back buying everything else haha I wish you had let the Transformation sound #1 on open mode play til the end though. it goes through the entire make up sequence then leads straight into her doing her entrance speech as Super Sailor Moon. It's so hype, and quite special since Crystal Star only had the entrance scene instrumental, and the Cosmic Heart didn't have an entrance sound.

As much as I prefer the manga over the 90's anime (and SM Eternal all the way over SuperS), I prefer the classic music and voices. So I think I'll wait for a 90's anime version of the Crisis Moon Proplica, or wait for a 90's Eternal Article Proplica.

I got it because I know proplicas go up in price to dumb degrees and I have no idea if they'll release variant with the classic music/sounds. It's annoying that they used the eternal stuff and not a mix of two.. but then again I barely play with these. Regardless, half disappointed :c I still want a re-release of OG Kaleidoscope ; u ; but with how slow they have been with releasing these I don't have my hopes up. Could take 5yrs from now. @_@

And I have Japan can make another problem a model of this compact at least they would use the same old sound files that they would use any original super S season

Of course, there will be the cosmos eternal article/compact that is part of the proplica series it will be looking just like the original sailor moon stars article/brooch. It’ll probably have a moat Heaton mode be feature volume lights, and sounds in all of that glory… And I hope to God that it doesn’t have the eternal sound effects, and just have the sailor moon stars sound affects.

Well at least now you Sailor Moon Collectors have Sailor Moon’s Super S Brooch as a Proplica from Season 4 Sailor Moon Super S. Other Proplicas from The a Super S Season are Chibi Usa’s Super S Brooch, and The Kaleidoscope, we Wand, we still need the Twinkle Bell or The Crystal Carallion, and The Stallion Reeve as Proplicas ✌️😉🌙

Basic dry-clear glue sticks work pretty well. It’s hard to use on small parts though. Tweezers are a necessity.

There isn’t a Proplica of the Eternal Article yet. But if you mean the one that was a jewelry-box, that line was called Moonlight Memories, they weren’t electric toys and it didn’t make sounds.

They really should've included the 90's anime sounds here, the Crystal/Eternal music is really just forgettable compared to Takanori Arisawa's compositions. Otherwise, it's indeed a really pretty Proplica!
