Honestly with this group being like a family. Every time hotch gives out his assignments. With hotch being the 'dad' of the group. I feel like if he has one of them come with him to the PD office. That is the kid in trouble of the week and if no one goes with him (which barely happens) they were all good kids that time around 😂😂

I loved this episode ...Morgan was brutal in it.

Considering when they caught up with the unsub he was in the process of burying the kid alive in a fucking landfill with a damn bulldozer, I'd say Morgan's reaction and use of force was warranted

It could potentially be through a big brother or mentorship style situation. People from broken homes or having issues at school even could be seen as easier targets. After all that was the spiel used with me. What it means is they gain sympathy access. Studying a person then personalising the message so to speak. After all they had spoken about knowing your enemy or having a plan. I said I don't work from plans. I don't. I never really have. So a strategist actually exposes their weakness. They may believe they have thought all the perceivable angles.. so may have constigency plans. But it still means they have expectations of things going certain ways. However someone who wings their way through things often has to think fast on their feet. It doesn't mean errors won't be made.. but it does mean having to be able to think quick. The problem with people who perceive themselves as intelligent which isn't a negative thing by the way.. but egos can be hurt if not received in the way they wanted to be received or can't handle the rejection or may easily feel offended or snubbed. Where as those who don't neccesarily care about being right all the time have the freedom to laugh at themselves and recover much quicker. Oh well fucked that one up and move on. Yet for some it's very personal and is seen as a failure. Though when it's understood how people are and who they are simply letting them work in the way that works for them .. long term works better for the team. All have strengths and all have weaknesses. That's good it helps to keep people humble. As I said it also makes recovery time much quicker. There is still something there though that doesn't belong because I can feel it. I know myself well enough to know that. This is why I said it's important to know your own mind and feelings but also your own body. While growing and evolving because that's what happens with personal growth there will be times of a shifting.. within the spirit of heart or mind.. but it still should be known when there's something that's just off. When a person messes with the mind heart and instinct.. it takes times to regain that or the confidence. Though confidence in my own mind is not lacking nor ever was. There was something done though to interfere with it.
