I somewhat don’t understand why conspiracy say to commit armed robbery is added if the person actually Robb’s the bank. I get it’s due to the premeditation you could argue more time but idk

So I was charged with conspiracy.... But there was NEVER ANY agreement made nor was there any plan. This person committed in act in my presence with no plan involved but I was charged with conspiracy so how?

Prevention of Sexual Assault, Mandatory Classes, for boys 6th thru 12th grades. This will reduce the Prison Population, 40 or 50 years. U.S Military and Police Agencies, must become more Educational, in the School System, in U.S.A.

With rare exceptions, people are generally not criminal liable for failing to stop other people from committing crimes.

Don't put this past clerks and judges with the legal system.... anything to cover up errors and criminal level misconduct of altering documents.. which gas no statute of limitations according to ABA....
