Sir, in some cases the judge is not able to take a decision and the case continues for a long time i.e. up to 5 years, why is this so, there are too many judges in our country.
What if , there are 2 accused in one offence , one of the accused is juvenile &other is major, if one of the accused is juvenile & the juvenile admitted his offence while giving his undertaking... What abt the co accused in his trail?

If they are tried together, then only the 1st accused confession can be used against other accused.

@@ummati7841 m asking in case where 1 is facing trail in juvenile court , where he know that he can escape after giving undertaking but the co accused is facing trail in Gen. Magistrate court and both of the accused don't have good relations now?
Sir question tha criminal judgment writing me agar section 294 ko use krna hai charge lagane me toh kya 294 ke sabhi essential ingredient fulfill hona jaruri hai ya phir kuch hi ingredient fulfill hojaye toh kya charge laga sakte hai???
