The irony of you cannot swim in a drinking water reservoir but the state of Arizona does not retrieve dumped cars that are leaking fuel and lubricants into the drinking water and that vehicle looks like it has been their awhile . They patrol the canals by air everyday so they cannot say they did not see it .

Picture showed driver door opened and most likely dove already but gov't didn't bother to remove it. Nobody else could see the car clearly from bank and NOT call the cops??? And pull it out without permission? I'm pretty sure they don't own that and had to get permission from some authority to drag a potential crime. Great demonstration and convincing music though.
