Just rcvd my Cricut Venture. Yes, the cost is high but worth every penny. I love it
this was such an in-depth review! Seeing the size difference was mind blowing 😱 and if you’re struggling with lifting the materials, I definitely will too 🤣🤎
This is overwhelming for me I am getting anxiety already but I will eventually be getting it in the later future.
Wow! Thanks for sharing!
I would love to have this but I just can’t afford it right now. I could barely afford my maker. It was partially a gift from my husband.
Really thorough, comprehensive demonstration. Thanks!
Thank you for the unboxing! What a beautiful machine. I’m so excited for the Adventure ;)
Great review, Ms. Holic. I had no idea a completely new, larger Cricut was on its way. I'm dying to order one!
Excited about this!

Ahhh yayy!! What is your favorite feature about it?? 👀
An actual question does the software still force you tu work online?
Oh how coool 😳🔥
As always, great product review! I am curious if it cuts more than vinyl (more material types like the Maker). If so, that would be amazing! Thanks for sharing with us!
Can’t wait to see more about this.

It’s enormous. My main concern would be there’s nothing covering the cutting apparatus. I’m glad I purchased an explore air two simply because it closes. I think I’ll stick with what I have…

Me, too, because when I ordered mine they didn’t even tell me that they were about to roll out the maker. Disappointing. So I’ve add the Silhouette Cameo 4. If I go with large format cutter, it’ll be the Silhouette Romeo. I like the new CRICUT, but I don’t like that you will be forced to use their smart vinyl for the larger matless cutting, and the cost is outrageous both the cutter and the smart vinyl. CRICUT is playing catch up to the other companies. Too late.
It’s very cool but I think it’s too expensive for the average crafter and when you add on the stand & the large format printer I’m sure it’s upwards of $2k; if it’s using the same Design space app/software I’m sure it will have the same issues we see now. Looking forward to seeing how it goes as you continue to use it.

There are better options for large format cutters. The Siser Romeo is one, does not tie you in to Cricut and you have the choice of their software or SCAL6. The mat set up is doomed to have issues, all Pro cutters take vinyl without a mat, and you can ut very rapidly on those too and do print and cut pretty much to the edge of the paper. If you are (unlike this lady) going to spend upwards of $1200, I would advise anyone to do their research first - and not just on the usual brand names.

Wow! i think this is the only video i ever watched when their let you listen a Cricut vinyl cutter while operating thank you!!
I’m interested to see what people do to decorate the new Cricut, I think I’d decorate mine with Cuties, not in the near future though.
Super kool 👏 Thk for sharing…👍😳

Yeah i don't get Cricuts over here in Australia its all you can get in stores and people go gaga over them. I have a came 3 will upgrade when mine give up the goats but it works way better . Plus most carfters already have the bigger cameos because they released a bigger on the other year so nothing new

@@pamelacupcakes4539 I see, I’m working a vinyl express Qe60. Before i got this one i was using a foreign one called seiko T Series. The circuits do have sweet features and stuff i cannot do. However I’m able to cut up to 24inch wide projects -'
Can you cut without a mat? Like large vinyl rolls that are not cricut brand?
Oh no :0 my next baby. I’m In love
It looks like I need to start a Victorias Venture Fund!!!! Do I need this machine no, but do I kinda want it? Absolutely 😁
Details on huge scissors behind you??
It would be interesting to see a comparison between it and a pro type machine but I guess that will never happen.
So it doesn't cut infusible ink sheets
What about the print and cut??
@DIYholic
Жыл бұрын
Yes! You can do print then cut with the Cricut Venture, now with the big mats you can do bigger cuts (of course, with the help of a large format printer). There will be more room for larger print then cut projects, but you would still be able to use the normal 8.5”x11” printer paper as well 😊

@@DIYholic Is it true that the Venture ONLY takes the CRICUT Smart vinyl when using the matless feature. If so, why is that? Also, I have heard other people say the CRICUT Smart Vinyl is too expensive. Why is that? Also, will you lose all of your projects if you stop paying the monthly fee?
How much will materials be? Hmm
Can you say Christmas ❤❤

No it won't because acrylic needs a laser cutter as i have a laser cutter but you really need to work out side or have a vent to outside because that stuff stinks

How can I get a free Cricut Venture machine from Cricut?
It's great IF you're already selling. But it's as big as my condo so if it can't take me to the store or bake me a cake, it's not for me.😅😅😅

Personally, I think it is for small business owners that make huge quantities of crafts, favors, etc. I think that would be perfect, as I see alot of videos with people that have multiple machines. I like the idea of the machine, but, in my opinion, if you just enjoy crafting, and can still make your business or hobby work with your existing machine, its totally fine. I have watched a few of these videos, but as long as the explore air 2 isn't obsolete, i'm not upgrading. That's extremely expensive.
$1000 dollars and it doesn't even have a camera!. You can get a Siser Romeo with a camera at 24 inches for $700. This is a ripoff in true Cricut fashion. Design space is still TRASH.

Totally agree! DS is not a graphics program. You have to use another program for designing. DS makes you have to be online to use it, and you can’t take your designs out of DS. UNREAL. Wish I had known this before purchasing my E. AIR 2. It’s a good starter cutter.

@@nahnisjourney1406 They keep putting out overpriced items and won't address the horrible software on a serious level. They can't compete with Silhouette business edition. I bought a Solo a few months ago and it has been a game changer. I didn't like my Cameo 4 Pro. Without a camera, these larger cutters struggle. with print and cut. I don't doubt cricut users will be disappointed.

@@pamelacupcakes4539 Do you ever design in Silhouette Studio, and cut it with your CRICUT… if you have a CRICUT? I have both cutters because I bought the CRICUT first, then the Silhouette Business Edition for the rhinestone panel… and other features, then the Silhouette Cameo 4, which I’m still learning. Although I liked what I saw about the new Venture, for several reasons, I could never see myself buying that expensive, overpriced CRICUT Venture. Nor, could I ever see myself purchasing their overpriced auto press. They seem to consistently play catch-up when they launch their new products that have so many features that seem to be the copied from their competitors. Then, they try to outperform their competitors… then they overprice their products. I don’t appreciate that about them, however, that’s just “my” personal opinion. I enjoy my CRICUT Explorer Air 2, but their Design Space is crap. It’s not a true design or graphics software… I wish it was a better software. I wish we could use it offline. True, there are some shortcomings with Silhouette Studio Business Edition, but it is far better than CRICUT‘s Design Space even with all of its slow updates. Then, they send this too expensive cutter to social media influencers to display all of the positive features as they do wonderful reviews for all the world to see. It’s a very beautiful machine. I think the size and speed are wonderful, but the matless requirements are unacceptable. It’s true that other companies send products free of charge to influencers as well. I’d like to see them tell the full truth about the lesser features that don’t quite meet the expectations of serious crafters and businesses like myself I guess YOUR comment prompted me to get on my “soapbox”…as they say. I’ll get off my soapbox for now. Be blessed and have a lovely day and a glorious weekend.
Im personally very disappointed with this machine. I dont like that theres no lid, the big brown box is not appealing, it doesnt come with a mat unless i get the bundle??? And the price is wayyy too high.
