I love the coasters and the different colors that happened. I like both sweet and salty together. Thanks for sharing this project
Love the coasters. I’ve saved this video and the one you did previously making coasters so I can reference later. I do tend to crave sweet more than salty but I really do love the combination of both.
These turned out beautiful I love the variation actually!
Gorgeous. Love the surprise colors.
I think those turned out great! I love the colors!
I like both depending on my mood. I guess I really prefer savory. I LOOOOOVE fall. It's my favorite time of year. Summer is too hot, winter is too cold and wet and spring is too sneezey (for people who have allergies) and too wet. Fall is nice and crisp with that fall smell in the air. Nice. Coasters turned out gorgeous. Love the color variations. Thanks for another awesome video, as usual.
I love these! You did a nice job! I can’t wait to try it!❤️
Autumn and winter are my favourite seasons
Those are gorgeous!
They look great...thanks for your videos. I enjoy them. 🙂
I love the coasters....they turned out great! I really love Infusible ink. I’m like you, I love sweet and salty treats equally. If forced to choose, I’d go with sweets.
Love these Bethany. What an amazing fluke. I love them all, but the pumpkin is my fav. Ha ha , we are not even through winter where I live but I’m looking forward to next fall as I love that season......There will be many coaster gifts this year, I think these are the perfect little gift! I’m hunting for cute summer designs I can make for my new patio furniture for this summer. Cheers.
Its sweet for me! Love the coasters!
Great idea.
Love these coasters!

Yes, this is a great gift idea!
The color is awesome! 💞🍁🍂🎃 Salty for me!
I definitely prefer salty. But sweet and salty together is the best!
I love both actually but more on the salty side. I did coasters the other night with infusible ink markers and this happened to mine but that's because it ended up burning a little but i loved how they came out
LOL! I lovw doing infusable ink on coasters! I love both! Too hard to choose! Caramel corn is the perfect mix! Especially homemade! Also, I have heard that as the infusible ages in the package, that thee color begins to fade. I do not know how true this is, but it looks like that may be how you ended up with such beautiful colors! WIN!
Salty! I occasionally eat olives right from the jar for breakfast 🤷🏻♀️. Love the coasters! Thanks for the tutorials, as usual...great job.
Love this thankyou again. I crave both sweet and saltey
Both. I think that is why I like the Rebel salted caramel ice cream. 😉
Merry Christmas bethadilly
I like the color(s) too! Magic! Sweet and salty. Dark chocolate covered sea salt caramels, kettle corn, yum!

Wow, I clicked on this video to see what the color of the infusible ink was cos I loved the gray/orange tones, it’s perfect for this project! Little did I know it was an accident! That’s gotta be one of the best accidents yet! Lol
Those coasters turned out so cute. I really want to the easy Presses asap and try the infisible ink coasters and other infusible ink projects. Soon. To answer the question it varries for me sometimes I crave salty, sometimes I crave Sweet, and sometimes I crave both at the same time. I thunk I tend to mostly crave sweets though.
I am more for sweet - I found a popcorn that I just love - it is called kettle corn and is sweet and salty - love, love, it
I absolutely love these coaster and how they turned out. I feel that with the variation of color they don't look like a "flat" color, ya know? Keep these great projects coming, you do amazing and classy looking projects!! I almost forgot, most definitely salty AND sweet!

Me too! Enjoy!!
This happened to me too. I used the same coasters and infusible ink color and i got different variations in color. I'm not sure if it was the coasters or that specific color of ink.
I start with sweet but love to have salty after 😬
Do you need to seal them or are they good to use as they are?
They turned out beautifully 🎃 I definitely have a sweet tooth 🙈 x
I used the gray as well doing some monogram coasters and they didn’t turn out well either, I was very disappointed since it was a Christmas gift and I used my heat press on each individual coasters, I also had some issues with the black. My hands were clean and dry so I don’t k ow what went wrong. Let me know if you figure out what the problem is.
WOW!!!! I loved these coasters!!! Love the colors with that hue!!! So beautiful!😍
Can you use glitter iron on to coasters?
Hi do you mind to share where did you got your flowery mat?
Salty eat salt and vinaigrette potato chips at 3 in the morning 🙈🙈🙈😂😂😂😂😂 I am new on this so I learn a lot w you thank you for your videos😍😍😍😍
I just got a cricut joy for Valentines Day and I'm still learning how to use it LOL. ATM I'm doing everything on my mobile app so fat fingers makes it hard 😅 to use. Anyway...you had mentioned that it was time to replace your cutting blade which made me wonder just how often does it have to be replaced? Because mine seems to be getting dull already and I haven't even used it all that much really 🙃 These turned out really cute...I'm with you, even though it wasn't supposed to be those colors it actually fits perfectly for the seasonal decor you chose LOL
@Bethadilly

Thank you! As for the cutting blade, I think it defers for everyone based on how much they use their machine and what they cut. For me, so far I have only had to replace mine once a year or so. Mine last a good long while!
Hi!! Im really sorry but, even if my english is not si bad, i don’t understand How you Made the variation of color? Merci beaucoup 🇫🇷🤗
I'm sweet type and their so pretty
Beth, I love the coasters and your instructions are spot on. I too had my coaster turn a different color than the gray on the box. Will you be doing Thanksgiving and Christmas coaster?

Sweet chocolate
Appreciate the great video and I tried to make a coaster and I followed through on all the directions and when the coaster was cooled and I removed the htv transfer sheet there were yellow marks and marks from the transfer sheet, like the entire transfer sheet was transferred onto the coaster. The marks are light but you can see it and you can see the yellow marks. Thanks for your help.
@Bethadilly

I am assuming by HTV transfer sheet, you mean that you used the Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets? I haven't had any issues with marks imprinting from the transfer sheet, so I am unsure of what happened.

@@Bethadilly thanks for your reply. Yup, used the transfer sheets. I gave the problem over to the folks at Cricut.
Do you have to put some type of sealer on top to use them? Will water affect the ink? Also, I like salty/sweet together.

Nice video! Also, another tip: If you plan to make 4 coasters, I would recommend buying the big infusible ink sheets, not the cricut joy ones, since one piece of paper is too small for 4 coasters. So you'd have to make the 4th coaster with the different design...
@Bethadilly

Yes, the big infusible ink sheets were used in this video. :)
My grays turned out just like yours but I decided I like them too. However, I hope Cricut will create a true grey

I think our rolls were defective because the box shows it’s a flat gray. I’m hoping to buy a new roll sometime to try again! But glad you liked yours as well! And I’m relieved I wasn’t the only one that this happened to!

@@Bethadilly I had three rolls. All three did the same thing. They were the small rolls for the Cricut Joy just like yours too. I just did another batch and this time they turned out almost peach.
I love how those turned out! It’s salty for me.

Which side of the coasters do you use? Shiny or Flat?
@Bethadilly
3 жыл бұрын
You place your design on the shiny side.
WoW - this was extremely nice - but - if you tried to duplicate it - might not be so lucky. I like sweet then salty, too...!!
I have a question...I’m new to the Cricut line and just purchased the Joy. I tried to make a vinyl sticker of the silhouette (blacked out image) of my dog but when I uploaded the picture of him I couldn’t figure out how to black it out like some of the images you showed. How do I do that 🤔? Please help 🙏🏽.
@Bethadilly

While I don’t have a video on this, I would recommend looking up a tutorial on how to upload your own images into design space to create silhouettes!

3 жыл бұрын
@@Bethadilly thank you. I know how to upload the pic...it was blacking it out and turning it into a silhouette that has me stumped 🤦🏽♀️😆! But thanks.
I think that the variation in color is that you folded the carrier paper over the edge and to the back of the coaster. By doing this made it made heat not transfer evenly. The carrier paper needs to be cut and not fold over the edge and then taped. Just a thought from other videos that I watched. I have to say that I do like the cooler variation though 😉
@Bethadilly
3 жыл бұрын
Hi Donna! I could see why you might think that, but I have done this same technique countless times with very even transfers so I am very assured that the folding of the transfer tape wasn’t the issue here. After hearing of other’s experiences with this gray color, I think it was a bad batch of ink. :)

is transfer paper smooth and shinny is better do infusion ink pens or paper better
where do you get the butcher paper

It is provided with the Infusible Ink and comes in the box.
I have had a terrible time with the buffalo check infusible ink. Your coasters are really cool the way they turned out but mine aren’t! It is called “ghosting” and I have tried everything to fix it! Very frustrating!!
@Bethadilly
3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, ghosting means there was probably some accidental movement that shifted the ink and can’t be fixed.
I noticed you put tape on part of the back. I'm wondering if that might have affected your color because it may not have heated evenly.
@Bethadilly
2 жыл бұрын
Hello! It wasn’t a tape issue, it was indeed a faulty box of Infusible Ink, as the transfer sheets showed discoloration on the back. I’ve used this same taping method on all my coaster projects and have had very even transfers so the tape was okay here! Good question though!
