It looks like diy using dollar tree items: 4 square pcs glued together and glued to the plastic lazy Susan from Target dollar section. Hooks are also from Dollar tree.

Great video. I am considering buying the Cricut Explorer 3 to make primarily dust covers and labels for my candles. With this machine, mats are needed to cut cardstock correct? Is a mat needed when cutting any paper/vinyl?

I used pegboards I found at the Dollar tree and a lazy Susan! I posted a video on it on my Shorts section, it’s towards the bottom ☺️

You didnt mention which machine would be better for rhinestone templates

I will be making a separate video on that method, but any of the big Cricut machine models works when cutting the rhinestone templates! I wouldn’t recommend the Joy for that type of project as it is very small.
