CRF50 Plastics Conversion and Seat Cover Replacement | Razor MX500 Snow Bike Build

Starting another build series for the winter.. Turning my Razor MX500 into a Snow Bike! First step is to get it more visually appealing so I'm more motivated to spend some time and money on it. Might as well show you how to fit a Honda CRF50 Plastics / Fenders / Body Kit on a Razor MX500 or MX650 while I'm at it. I'm also re-reupholstering the seat with some nice textured marine vinyl material. Here is everything I'm using for this project:

I had no idea that this was a thing. I just picked up a mx650 that has a sticker bomb all over all the plastics. I don't have my 72v kit yet, still waiting on the order. This makes for a good project in the meantime. I'm going to full blackout! Very simple install. Thanks!

Do crf 50 seats fit on the mx650 or no?
You are right, nobody is doing that Pantera marine vinyl black. And it is awesome! My question for you is when you ordered a yard of it on Amazon did you have enough left over to do an extra bike or two?

Love the way it looks! Planning to do the same to my mx500! I want to do something about the seat though, really uncomfortable for me

Maybe you can add padding while replacing the cover?

@@alexbekkala1718 not a direct bolt on. You have to take it apart and use the razor seat pan and crf tall foam. Check my build out on flex-e-moto youtube
I can’t seem to get the plastics off mine
would spray painting the seat cover be a good option if we just wanna change the color?

No, it will wear off immediately once you sit on it and take it out for a ride. Just reupholster it
i honestly wish the 350 could do this

@@rod8652 The dimensions are way too different. The seat would overhang a few inches and there is nothing for the hooks under the seat to lock into.
will it work on a mx350
