Kinda looks like cold seize or lack of oil . Lean carburation usually causes a dent in the top of the piston . Or a hole

Adding heat to an aluminum sub frame is a nono! You will destroy the heat treatment and if you don't redo the heat treatment you will invite cracks and failure.😎😎
