Grew up in crewe, its amazing how bad it is... The largest town of Cheshire East, no funding to actually fix it up, no character of the centre

I haven't been back since I moved away 11 years ago. Thank you for posting this video! However, its such a shame to see the town centre looking run down as much as it is. I'm guessing most of the bigger businesses have moved out to the retail park now.

I miss crewe

So sad the town centre seems to have died. The indoor market all stalls have gone. NowJohn from the cafe has gone too, he has been there forever. Sad sad. People of crewe sort it out . this is your town.

I left in 1979 it looks better than I remember but deserted Crewe is such a little town we shouldn't expect much I suppose I have been back once 20 years ago I'm certainly glad I moved on.

I woefully adore this place. But Crewe Baths gone, Limelights gone, Town Centre gone, I died with Crewe. It was all in a dream. Je t'ai aimée Crewe 💕

So awesome! Id love to visit someday

So does my Dad, he is in his 70s and does not want to move. Shame though.

Much has changed in 5 years.

Can't believe they demolished big bill and the shops along Queensway thru Victoria Street. Bet you it'll be a car park for years

I don't know if they had the McDonald's near Morrisons beacause a bit ago they built a KFC

The roads are very narrow for a town centre,looks very run down.

It ain’t there any more, to be replaced by temporary put ups e.g. poor modern standards of building that might last a few years at best. A dying town, like so many others.

4 years later and it’s even more of a shit hole than ever. A very depressing place indeed, won’t go near the place now, just go to Nantwich.

If you want to go to somewhere where it will make you feel unhappy all the time come to Crewe.

Crewe isn't a real place, it's just a train station, and some factories. Anyone that says they are from or have been to Crewe, is an actor. Do you know anyone who lives in Crewe? no. Is anything ever set in Crewe? no. Crewe isn't real. It's a massive conspiracy.
