The best thing about 13th and 14th century armour in my opinion. :D
Late 14th century armor combined with a great helm makes the best medieval look for me.
Great work. I have a full transitional harness from Peter Fuller that uses a similar great helm style from a little earlier in time. It is great to see this being made.

Nice, I was thinking about how to make a crest for my helm. How did you add the iron to the water to dye the leather? Iron filings, or could you just drop some scraps in?

I used a pierce of Mail, but steel wool works very well to.

No, they were often worn over an unvisored bascinet for extra protection. They just weren't as common as they were in prior centuries

@@mahinmuhtadi2690 Knights do have heavy weapon and armour but they don't rely on them,they're elites who are capable of fighting multiple normal soldiers But indeed,Sultan Saladin was a great military leader and a king,that I do respect The last thing I wish to see is different people seeing each other as enemies
