Look the reason Tici Toby was removed from creepy pasta is because people turned him to what he is not for example Toby hates waffles but people made him love them if people keep on changing the creepypasta story the creepypasta doesn’t have a back story. All I’m saying is that the creepypasta backstory should never be changed.

No, they aren't. They are a part of Slenderverse, a different fandom, and Marble Hornets(The series they came from) is a part of Slenderverse. In fact, Slenderman wasn't originally a creepypasta, it just happened over the years.
