She said at one point that she doesn’t want to be like who she is anymore. Meaning that since boots's death, she has gone crazy and couldn’t control herself anymore. Which is probably why she came back to life again and killed all of backpack's family even when she did promise. She thought that the gauntlet was the only way to destroy her but after discovering she can never disappear, she goes insane. At one point she might even snap the whole universe out of existence and there will be only her left floating in space thinking about boots as the series ends. If the series does end like that, I’ll cry my eyes out.
