It's kind of sad that her partner was disgusted and wouldn't want to date her if she changed her style....what if one day her tastes change? Her personality is still the same so I don't see why that should affect someone's love for you....

I’m not gonna sugarcoat this, your partner is very shallow and rude, you deserve better. Of course you can prefer a look, but saying without any hesitation that they would’t date you, don’t want you in the house, not even wanna kiss you?! What if you enter a new chapter in your life and this is how you want to look? You’re still the same person, same personality, just your looks change.

Really sad to see that she liked the look at first and was really happy with it and only started to dog on herself and tear herself down by nitpicking at the look ONLY after she was criticized by her friend and her boyfriend calling her ugly. Throw the whole man out- and get new friends- because are they really your friends if you have to conform to a certain look aesthetic or you’re out? That seems really superficial to me.

I’m just putting this out there, your partner doesn’t seem like a supportive person. How does their attitude support your other looks and characters if they don’t like it then? Screams narcissistic. Hopefully they don’t contribute to negativity when you come up with ideas they don’t like.

This was disappointing. Clearly these people enjoy wearing make up that is out of the norm. I would expect they are looking for acceptance for being different, as opposed to ostracized. Yet when one of them chooses to showcase a different aesthetic from the group, they put her down. Also her partner stating they wouldn't be with this person if she changed her look should be ashamed. Style doesn't make a person, personality and emotional intelligence does.
