CREEPSHOW 2 (1987) FIRST TIME WATCHING! MOVIE REACTION
Three more bone-chilling tales that include a vengeful wooden Native American, a monstrous blob in a lake, and a hitchhiker who wants revenge and will not die.

Cats Eye and Tales from the Darkside are two fun anthology movies

I liked those too! Also, John Carpenter's Body Bags was a great one to watch!
Another fun fact for you: Rachael in The Raft (the first one to die) was played by Page Hannah. Her sister, Daryl Hannah, was a big name in the 80’s and starred in Splash with Tom Hanks.
That "thanks for the ride lady" section freaked me out. No matter where we were, my friends would find a dark road, stop, turn off the lights, and in the pitch blackness they would chant THANKS FOR THE RIDE LADY. Guess you had to be there ;)
Great reaction! I remember going to the movies seeing this. The last story scared the hell out of me. 🤣

This movie was the stuff of my childhood nightmares. We actually had all the comics. What were my parents thinking?! lol
Your imitation of the last guy in story 2 swimming got me. 😂😂

“Thanks for the ride lady.” That line has stuck with me for 20 years… You are adorable. If you’re exploring 80s horror, check out Tourist Trap, the Prowler, and Visiting Hours.

What I love about reaction videos is the nostalgic feeling I get. I have memories of watching this movie as a toddler, after I was done watching Barney or videos like Land Before Time I would pop this in the VCR or other vaguely horror related movies or cult films. I think my parents tried to prevent me from watching this stuff at a young age (I started around 2 trying to watch them going by their stories) but they gave up. Also I still say "thanks for the ride lady" anytime I am a passenger with a female driver.

It’s those horror movies you watched really young that always stick with you. Thanks for watching Drake!
Tales From the Darkside - The Movie is as close to Creepshow 3 as you're gonna get. It was based on Romero's post Creepshow anthology TV series Tales From the Darkside, and has at least one Stephen King adaptation in there.
Some trivia: Actress Jeremy Green (the dark haired girl with the red shirt in The Raft) currently, or last time I checked, works at a movie theater somewhere. I guess her acting career didn't go so well. Also, they were going to put out a Creepshow 3 shortly after this one in 1989-90 by the same studio/producers but New World went bankrupt during that time. So, we almost got a legitimate third film.

@@therobw As far as I'm concerned, there was never a real Creepshow 3. That was just some really bad fan fiction slapped on a cheap DVD lol. It was actually a fan project that started being developed through funding on the internet and they finally managed to finish it and got a (very low brow) distributer for it.
The Raft one was my favorite!
The first was great but I've always loved this sequel more. Body Bags (1993) is another great horror anthology worth checking out.

Likewise. I’ve grown very fond of that line. You’re awesome Felis
0:55 I don’t know why, but the way you say this is strangely adorable. Great video, just watched this for the first time myself yesterday. My favorite part is The Hitchhiker. Despite how much of a scumbag she is, I like her personality the most. The way she talks to herself is very charming (even though it’s for the sake of the movie, I think it works well for both purposes), and find it genuinely sad when she starts losing it, which happens after waking up in the woods and trying to convince herself it was a dream. “It’ll be like they just rolled you out of the workshop” or something along those lines, made me feel pretty bad for her. All in all, I like this movie, and this video. Hope you’re having a nice day/night

try the action/horror/comedy movies FEAST, FEAST II - sloppy seconds, and FEAST III - the happy finish ....oh, and Splinter (horror).
Great video Rob! I remember watching this when I was a kid and The Raft got under my skin the most. Hey I had another request, I was wondering if you’d do Dario Argento’s Tenebrae or Deep Red? Doesn’t matter which one they’re both awesome!

My bad, Rob, too bad I can't watch your reaction, 'cause I never seen this movie. But talkin' 'bout horror anthology movies, I love them too, especially the British movies released by the Amicus company in the 1960s and 1970s. Other great ones are Mario Bava's ''Black Sabbath'', ''Tales From the Darkside'', ''Tales From the Hood'', John Carpenter's ''Body Bags'' and of course the original ''Creepshow''.
Me and my sister love Creepshow one and two I have the Arrow Video Blu Ray of Creepshow 2
This is a very good sequel to the 1st creepshow, but still the original is 1 of the best
The raft is my fav 😍
Quicksilver highway was a good one check that one out
Yeah. Creepshow #1 I want my cake!
In the 2nd story what would I do . Easy after seeing the duck disappear like that. Into the water I would swim back to land . Then get out of there asp you also love the . Small little details like how the blob or whatever it is in the water. Burps at the end of the story have you ever seen the movie Body Bags . If not you should check it out 3 stories of Terror .
the wood indian was tom savini the horror makeup artist
Yeah I was a bit let down when I saw this, the first was on a pretty high pedestal so it had too much to live up to, but it was alright for a chill pizza night. I see others have recommended Tales From the Crypt, and Tales from the Darkside TV shows, they have some great episodes in their respective series, also has some great actors in the Tales From the Crypt show as well. Here are some other films that are pretty cool too. Trancers (1984) The Hidden (1987) Rituals (1977) KZread has a full version, uncut too. Dead Heat (1988) Bubba Ho-Tep (2002) Don Coscarelli Survival Quest (1989) Don Coscarelli again, and Lance Henrikson is always good.

Please react to "nightmares"....a version of creepshow... is good....
The Creepshow 3 you're talking about is unofficial. What crew from both consider to be the real Creepshow 3 is Tales From The Darkside: The Movie. As for the second story in this one it's an actual short story by Stephen King, as well as Tales having the King story The Cat From Hell in that one.
Have you seen Creepshow The Series? It's on Shudder. Maybe you could react to the series on your channel. Like the Kurt Cobain look, by the way.
