I have been listening to this song for decades and Never heard those two hums that John does at 1.54 and 1.58 before, especially the way it is pronounced on the second one..Cannot understand why. Is this a 'clearer production' or something because is overall sounds very crisp, that that second hum really got me? Nice fill BTW, sort of a cross between Doug Clifford fat back style and Kenny Aronoffs over the top, heavy handed style. Sweet.

El sencillo original de 'Proud Mary' fue grabado por Fantasy Records en 1969. lo curioso de la grabación original es que es sólo monofónica y el ingeniero de grabación, no mezcla el track del tambor de piso. Éste salió a la venta, con ese error, pero aun así el track fue el hit número uno de aquel año. Si ni lo crees, puedes escucharlo por ti mismo.

Manny, great playing and awesome drum sound. Couple of questions if you don't mind. Your drum discription says 12, 16, 18 toms, but your drum head discription says 12, 14, 16 toms. Also, it says you are using Clear Emperors for your resonant heads which is unusual for a resonant head. Is that how you get such a good tom sound? If so, how did you figuer that out, trial and error or happy accident? Thanks! and keep up the cool covers.

Vaughn Castle Hi ! the sizes for my toms are 12 , 14, and 16. 16 and 18 description are in depth of the toms. This was something I was experimenting with and , tuned up my toms correctly and absolutely loved the combination of having Clear Emperors as my top and bottom heads ! If you have any other questions I am more than happy to answer ! Cheers !

I think the way the mics were set up did not capture how well you played. Especially the cymbals.

Buen baterista, pero la cancion es un clásico que no lleva esos redobles, la cancion es de los 70s y esos redobles se usaron mas hacia los 90s

si vas a tocar creedence tócalo como corresponde, mucho floreo innecesario y ojo con el balance y el pulso, a no ser que hagas una versión tuya de todas manera no esta mal, un abrazo tómalo con buena onda, no es una critica solo una sugerencia un abrazo te felicito
