Thanks for your witness Dallas. I'm in a transitioning period of life at 56 years old after caring for my mother with Alzheimer's every day for 13 years. It was my honor to help her but very lonely and isolating. I'm seeking nothing more but to be in God’s will. Patience in waiting for His plan for me is not my strong point. The message in this conversation is very important and helpful.

Thank you for sharing upon your testimony, and being true to the word and the spirit of God that leads before the sayings and ideas of men - You spoke against the prosperity gospel, against fame and fortune needing to be your drive, and against the idea that your work is the decider of God's will; all of these you have so wonderfully addressed by pointing back to the Truth that the Lord has given to us in the wonderful words of the bible, rather than the heart of man - a joy to listen to conversations like these! We shouldn’t try to get success by being content. We just gotta be content…genuinely content. And whatever God wills, He wills. Heard Dallas give this talk at the leadership summit in Chi, and it was exactly what needed to be heard. Let’s not keep striving so much for our own success; just be content and seek to serve God in whatever He calls you.

Can we just appreciate for a moment how God used a secular movie to spark a passion in Dallas’s life? ( One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest) This is the spark, that in conjunction with many other things, would bring The Chosen to the world. A tool that God is greatly using to speak to the hearts of man about JESUS! God. Is. Faithful.

This is what is clear to me: When I listen to the religious nay-sayers speaking against, The Chosen, and listen to Dallas on the goal/intent of the Chosen, I realize that Dallas trusts the ways and means of God. I can see the difference in spiritual development or growth. Fear-based Christians are very different than faith-based Christians. Trust God.

We only know what we see, the options we are aware of, and don't know God's options. The email to Dallas was a miracle, God speaking to Dallas.

God has a plan for our life. We just get in the way. Let go, let God.

We must be patient. A crooked, winding path can be exactly the way God intends our journey to be.

I concur with every syllable Dallas said of his experience in learning humility. Ain't no fun learning how humble one is when it takes humility to be so.

What a beautiful conversation. So true.... God's will be done, not mine....when you release whatever you are holding onto and give it to God, the miracle happens!! In SA the Afrikaans people often will say: it was so nice to visit, we'll hopefully see each at the end of the year, IF it's God's WILL 👌🏼🇿🇦🙏🏻as modern people and being SOZ in control of everything, we forget we are a small part of God's universe and He is the planner and creator, not us 😃

Amen! This is so good. It's my prayer to be what He wants me to be and do what He wants me to do. So often the Lord reminds me to focus on the moment and keep seeking Him. Let Him take care of the outcome. Thank you for sharing this Ruslan KD.

God created ego in humans for His purpose, but did not put controls on our ego. We must pray daily for God's help to keep our ego in check. We can not do that without God.

This was a surprise. I'm was extremally blessed to see this and understand the true creative heart behind the Chosen. I just want to bring encouragement to some that I see that are expressing negativity. Its so easy to see negativity in the process of what God is doing.{In his unfinished product}. I see very few people expressing joy, love for seeing God move in a way that in your eyes might be different. It truly takes boldness in the Holy Spirit to love and be moved to please God. We see this in the book of Acts when we see Peter who has went thru "what I would say one of the biggest failing moments in his life". He failed Jesus in one of the most hurtful ways possible that a friend can do, To deny the fact that you even knew them. Then we see him defending his brothers and sisters that were in the Upper Room receiving the Holy Spirit, Ministering the Christ. He was filled with the Spirit of God and He allowed God to move in him and was used to bring in thousands into the Church. True Love only comes by being filled with the Spirit of God and allowing God to use you despite what you did yesterday. Be encouraged, and know that God is the author and he is faithful to finish what he has started. I pray that ware ever you are in your journey you continue to walk in the spirit of God and in his love and encourage others to do the same.

I keep thinking it's my responsibility to convert family/friends, or I can grow in holiness by gripping the steering wheel super hard instead of going to God again and again and relying on Him. What an important message, all He asks is for a few loaves and fish, and He is responsible for the transformation.

My dream is to one day do what Dallas is doing. I need to learn to ask God more and at the same time to let go

I needed what Dallas had to say and I know so many others do to.

This is great, so good. I want to go gods work feel bit frustrated lately and not sure ATM need guidance by Jesus

Neither the present nor the future nor any power can separate us. There is a reason he didn't include the past.

Air Jordan and Adidas Superstar, that's what I noticed. And they had a good message too. The times when Jesus was tending a wound and when he said he was the kid that busted his head open, did bug me. Those would leave scars and then Jesus would not be the unblemished, perfect sacrifice for the sins of all.

We all need to remember that the mormons helped finance this show. They do not follow the real Jesus Christ nor God. My grandfather was a leader of LDS for about 60 years. I know it well. All we can do is pray for all of them and plant seeds 🙏♥️

I just hope Dallas Jenkins is not from Dallas, TX…… I love the “Chosen” but dislike the cowboys 😂

Dallas Jenkins seems quite different here, compared to following him now. He comes across very arrogant and defensive on Facebook, when anyone posts a concern with any of the storylines on The Chosen that conflict with the Biblical version. He insists he is presenting an authentic Jesus but yet so much of the character of TC Jesus is not consistent with Jesus Christ of scripture. Also this testimony does not go into the one he shared on the Covenant Eyes interview. I pray that he has given up the need for constant affirmation, the desire for an Academy Award, I pray that he truly means it when he says he wants to honor God and His son. If this is true, we will see a change in The Chosen, and in this man, whom I sense still needs our prayers. Reaching millions of people is wonderful, but it is so, so important to reach them with the true gospel. Please pray that this happens!
