First the good: The plastic pipe propping open the door looks like it might work. I know from having done it many times that drilling out stripped screw holes, putting in dowels, then redrilling the holes works and lasts for decades. Doorknob mortising kits are widely available. The masking tips were sound. Using tape to make a drilling template works. But the conversion of the door to a bookcase absolutely will not work, at least not as depicted. The hinge mechanism she used wouldn't bear the weight long before it tore out of the wood. The weight of the bookcase and everything on it is borne by only four screws. A cedar fence gate with nothing on it is usually supported by at least two hinges with six screws each. The latch mechanism she used clearly didn't work, which you can see when the spring meant to pull the wire just stretched while barely moving the wire. This is because the wire she used was too stiff to easily move back and forth through the hole drilled. The cutaway to the latch release was faked by someone manually pulling the wire the inch or so needed to open that type of latch. It might have worked without the spring, with more flexible wire, or both. Also, the latch bar will not hold with just the one screw she used. The way the cement mixer was used to sand the wooden blocks was absolute fantasy. The idea was clearly inspired by a lapidary tumbler used to polish stones. But in lapidary tumblers, the stones are surrounded by the abrasives used and tumbled in that matrix for days or weeks. The salt and baking soda used in this video would just sit at the bottom of the mixer, since there was no medium to suspend them in, and never seriously touch the blocks. And tossing in three strips of sandpaper like dryer sheets is just ridiculous. The cement mixer was empty save for the air and four dry materials, two of which, the wooden blocks and the sandpaper, would never mix with the others nor even be tumbled among them in any meaningful way without some sort of matrix like a gel or a fluid to suspend them in. Has she poured in forty pounds of dry sand instead of the sandpaper, it might have been more believable, but no, what we saw was the fiction these type of videos are laden with.
