"Creativity is a by-product of not trying so hard, because if you allow your brain to wander, it can hook into certain frequencies and broadcasts you may not actually be able to hitch on to otherwise." I love that.

Which app they made that movie?Maya or blender or what?
Can I say this woman is one of my favourite movie directors for such clever art decisions?
If she directed KFP4, it would’ve been just as iconic (and not the disaster that it is 🥴). Bring her back, I miss her ☹️

*@ The Dragon Critic* In all honesty, the whole family came along with me to theaters. We loved the first movie, and especially the second. We were eager to see the third... And our high hopes for it were dashed not even 5 minutes in.

Great advise :) about animation. I should get that book
Really fascinating series
Those storyboards are amazing!
Omg so inspiring!
Generally, I don't like to do things with a camera that seem like you can't do it in real life unless you're purposely trying to make a point. 'Cause ideally the camera should be INVISIBLE.
I respect her so much she is my role model!!
Jennifer is an inspiration to me!
amazing
I would love to see her other works! Anyone has any idea where to see her animation/art? I tried looking it up but no results

Wait, so how are original stories developed? Is it the storyboard artist or writer or is it a collaboration?
@mayakern
7 жыл бұрын
it's actually more complicated than that and it depends on the studio. some are more script driven, some (like cartoon network) are storyboard driven (for which writers mostly provide rough outlines/ideas). and all modern animation, especially feature animation, typically has to deal with a lot of heavy leaning from company executives, producers, executives, etc. it's a very messy and labor intensive industry.
