If you add Pixel to any list, it usually out performs the rest because of the processing + hardware combo. BUT from my use of most devices I've found the iPhone to be the best for Video and Pixel to be best for images. For your requirements the Pixel might be the best option if you're focus more on product Photography.

True, I think smartphone cameras have come really really far. I do think at our current state of technology though, replacing a dedicated camera for ALL situations would be quite hard considering - Sensor Size, Lens Selection, Low Light Performance, Bit Rate etc. But you never know, in a few years time, all that may just be possible 🤔
