Making/creating rulers, interesting comment by Jean AnnWright, who commented, *"I think about it, sometimes I dream about it.... sometimes I'll think of it in the shower,"* so wonderful she described her creative process, all scientific: What we occupy ourselves with during the day, we often figure out the complexities during sleep because our brains solve problems subconsciously--and, that she might *think about it in the shower,* with a burst of water on her face, releasing *bursts of serotonin* from the brain, she experience 'ah ha moments as the *neurotransmitter serotonin surges through her brain.* What a compact, simply stated example of how our brains work for us as we try to create and or solve problems!

Eleanor, I know about figuring out complexities in our sleep through my study of theology. The St Ignatius method of meditation: think about it before you go to sleep and when you awake you almost always have a solution to your problem.
