Melhor fazer o fundo um pouco mais alto porque assim você pode raspar as cinzas que são os restos da madeira queimada, fica mais fácil para limpar

I really like this one but the back of it is not tall enough. There should not be so much flame coming out. Your pans are getting burned up. Maybe two more levels would work better.
