Creation of new London office for Shoosmiths bringing 200 people together in an agile environment.
Claremont's immediate task was to explore the possibilities of the building in terms of design and to suggest an appropriate budget. This budget was to be used for both the landlord and tenants purposes to see of the project was in fact viable.
