Yes! Circa is updated on the website, and anyone who bought it before can download the new version for free.
Can we generate the plot using microbial abundance data set?
I would like to purchase the software; however, I would like to know a bit more about Circos plots. Any hints?

I recommend only purchasing Circa if you have a particular plot in mind that you want to construct from a genomic dataset you already have. Please see the other Circa tutorial videos for more examples of using circos plots with various genomic datasets.
What data is required before using this. ?
Can you use Circa only for biology?

Pretty much only for plotting data on genomic coordinates, yes. If you are looking for Chord diagrams instead, check out Chordial: marianattestad.com/chordial
