I dislike that most of these expansions make the overall shape of the village hard to fit on anywhere. Like if we say that the back of the Jarl's hut is the "back end" of the set, then the village square expansion extends forward diagonally, not using that large corner area at all. And the Blacksmith's hut/tower expansion extends further back than the Jarl's hut, making a 6-brick empty patch behind everything. And many other MOCs extend the village sideways horizontally from the Jarl's hut, but that only makes the village narrow and very long.

Some extra plates and bricks and issue can be solved:)

I had bought 2 viking villages directly and started to make a nordic cathedral but dont think I can make it work without a load of extra pieces that even a 3rd copy would not solve, I had seen images of this expansion on Rebrickable and your video has me convinced to go back and make this now. It looks great, Thanks.

No, surprizingly not much pieces left after building, so quite good build I would say

Will go with some additions to expand it more, as buying third set is quite expensive:) thinking of buying eldorado fortress to expand that one:)

Yeah what it needs (although it doesnt) if anything is a section of more free space, a litlle more green grassy area with some animals. So to buy a 3rd set would just make it more and more huts and not likely add too much. Then maybe the rebrickable viking ship! 2 of these sets together look really good, pretty tempting! @@ArmeBricks
