This is the best video I have seen on creating textures! Thank you! I'm thinking that the embroidery floss would make a nice marbleized background for some of the calligraphy that I do. I'm also thinking how nice the sand would look using the watercolor pencils and sandpaper. I wanted to encourage people who are buying watercolor pencils NOT to buy the cheap ones, because the wax content is so high. I like Prismacolor very well. Inktense are harder to use because they are a stain. Don't be fooled by companies on line who title their watercolor pencils “professional” because many are actually not. It's better to buy 12 good pencils than 24 cheap ones.
