Spencer is underrated. He deserves a shoutout. When Tony wins WaW you probably think you predicted it.

Charles Warren Anyway, Spencer has that character development. His last game was purely focused on using cold strategy, and he got 4th place. Then he tried incorporating a social game and got to the end

Personally, I would do “Survivor: Renegades, Rebels & Rogues.” The lines have been so blurred between heroes and villains since Season 20, to the point that I think it would be more interesting to see characters play that don’t ascribe to the hero/villain mentality, because the game has shifted so radically that morality is no longer such a huge sticking point with players, to the point that someone like Sarah Lacina could win the game so thoroughly despite playing a diabolical game behind the scenes, or that someone who promotes honor and integrity could lose like Woo did (regardless of any “Weasel Woo” remarks). Renegades (players who are not afraid to shake the game up, whether it be forcing rock-draws or snitching votes at tribal, etc.) Rebels (players who have flipped or been behind the biggest betrayals of the show) Rogues (players who have and will cut the throats of anyone standing in their way)

Natalie was a better player than Sandra... also she was smart and didn't have any attachments because her sister left so early in the game. She was playing the game in the right way while all the other players were trying to protect their love ones and making mistakes all over the place.

Great list. I always thought of Natalie Anderson as a badass Hero, though, just considering how such a significant part of her gameplay was about avenging the betrayal of her best friend. Kind of Game of Thrones-level badassery. But a great pick either way.

I agree with that. It's sort of like when they put Sandra on the villains. Having an attitude against people that have wronged you does not make you a villain.

I have to agree with what Jeff says. I would love an all winners season. But, that would a) have to be the series finale and b) we need 20 GREAT winners. I love a lot of these winners, but not all of them scale evenly.

@@iandean1112 I love all these winners and your cast is spot-on. There's very few alterations I'd make if any at all, but that's where Jeff Probst stands with the theme. If we ever get one and this is the cast, I'd be more than satisfied. But, some of these winners won't come back because they might prefer leaving Survivor as a champion and we've heard this from Jeff himself. Once some of them decline this offer, the casting crew would have problems recruiting people who weren't initially considered and so much to the extent that winners who aren't perceived in as positive of light as others are on a season they only ended up getting in because other people refused to return. There'll always be different casts and different desired outcomes or expectations for these casts and that'll mean that even if everyone here earned the title of Sole Survivor, some worked harder or has been given more praise than others. Some resorted to solely exerting themselves physically because if they didn't have immunity, they would go home because of their social status. Some have made many mistakes in their game and might even win as a result of a jury that has strong resentment towards a certain player. That's my problem with the all winners season. If we could get them, perfect, but I don't think there's likely chances.

I'm so happy you included Jay. I want to see him on my TV screen again so much, he was so fun!! :)

The entire season I went “why is he still in the game?! What’s going on? Don’t you guys want to win?”

If you propose bringing back Jay as a villain, you HAVE to bring back Adam from MvGX as a hero. Their friendly rivalry was one of the most compelling aspects of that season, and I would be thrilled to see them play together as allies this go around in a post-merge scenario.

It was so cool for them to really dislike each other in the beginning but then grow to really respect each other. That's one of my top 5 seasons. So many great characters even some of the early boots.

Jay was a hero, for sure, I thought David and Hannah were the villians. Well not so much David as much as I just didn't like him, but he worked with the most weasel villian in hannah.

This needs to happen. We need to see the Denise and Malcolm alliance again

To be honest, you should do a game changer 2 cast same with second chance 2

dude. i loved michael. he played so well. i was sad in ghost island when i saw him go. it was great.

My only real critique is Denise being the only winner on the Heroes tribe I feel like if you are gonna have winners, you need at least 2 on any given tribe, so the 1 winner doesn't stand out like a sore thumb as an easy out

@@carter4616 Naa not really. If Sarah won fire Natalie would lose to Sarah instead of Tony. She came back into the game with an idol at F6 and then found another straight after, she was guaranteed F4 but (let's be real) had 0 chance of ever winning unless she could get people to turn on Sarah/Tony at that F6 tribal, which she didn't. She could then vote out either Sarah or Tony again (whichever wasn't eliminated at F6), she wins F4 immunity, she sends home Denise. In a Michelle / Natalie / Ben F3, Natalie wins Winners at War with Michelle in 2nd. Anyway, none of that came even close to happening.

Aubry and Kelley are already confirmed for season 38, if they were on season 40 it would be kinda exhausting. Jessica and Jackline would be terrible choices for heroes vs villains, if it were second chance I would not mind seeing them again

I honestly want another season of MvGx. or that type of format! it was in my opinion the best season from the s30-s39 era with Cambodia a close second. I loved Adam and Jay's "I love you but I'm not gonna vote with you" storyline!

If only they did this sooner because every dream cast I’ve seen for HvV2 has Tony on the villains tribe but after WaW I don’t know if he really much of a villain anymore

Dalton ross shared a tweet of Natalie Bolton filming a cast photo before S20 started, she was an alternative for Danielle, she was so unlucky and she was also not in the S31 ballot. Kinda disappointing. I would have chosen her over Monica

The shot at 9:48 was filmed on the Edge of Extinction. I know that this challenge (family visit in HHH) and the pole immunity challenge in GC that Tai won were both filmed there pre-EOE. It's really interesting to see how they use the same beaches for challenges, twists, and camps across seasons.

Lily Frederiksen honestly. I think she would have a greater chance of getting voted out early than other players just because she is there to play and shes a bit unpredictable. she’s proved that both in blood v water and camodia

He would still find a lot because most of the cast would get tired and thirsty and then stop after 30 min. Russel and Tony found so many idols because they looked for them all of the time. It looks easy on tv but they usually spend all day looking for 1 idol.

Kyle Jason was actually one of my favorites once Scot left. He seemed to be a more interesting personality than he was letting on.

Few seasons since this. Might need an update, christian, devens. Hard to have Tony a villian now. Kind of turned it around after WoW

Kelley W is now a villain! Victoria is also strong contender for a spot.

My favorite castaways of all time are Malcom, Wu, and Jeremy

I'm curious what is it in the game of survivor that defies Heroes and Villains and which players do we think embodied those traits the most

Here's an interesting idea for future vids: Videos focusing on the games of an individual player. For instance, one video could talk about Malcolm's beginning season in Philippines, then him in Caramoan, wrapping it all up with his unfortunate departure in Game Changers. There is an abundance of players to choose from, and this would be a great way to get new viewers interested.

Heroes Michael 36, Terry 12, 31, Malcolm 25, 26, 34, Tai 32, 34, Mike 30, Laurel 36, Natalie 29, Jessica 33, Andrea 21, 26, 34 Villains Jason 32, Tony 28, 34, Phillip 22, 26, Domenick 36, Rodney 30, Abi-Maria 25, 31, Sarah 28, 34, Debbie 32, 34, Chrissy 35, Eliza 9, 16 4 winners, 1 male hero, 1 female hero, 1 male villain, 1 female villain. Original HvV had winners and this would spread it out with 4 winners instead of just 1 or 2 where they could maybe be easy targets. Spread out the seasons somewhat. No original HvV players. Mostly newer players as that's most likely more realistic as to what CBS would do. But a couple of older seasons players. Eliza is still young enough and Terry did play a 2nd time in 2nd chances. Had Aubrey, Wentworth, Joe and David in my older list, but since they're back in 38, I took them out. There's usually a pretty thin line between a hero and villain, so you could argue a few could be either tribe, but you could do that with some on the original HvV as well.

@@owennicholson8914 I actually put Gabby on the list before she became annoying on this current season. I was rooting for her and Christian very early on and thought she'd be an interesting person to see on a cutthroat theme like Heroes Vs. Villains. I still stand with keeping her on the list because despite her being annoying, to see her around BIG personalities like Tony & Dom will be interesting especially since she was barley able to handle Carl imagine her being around this cast.

Yo after this season finishes would you make another video these people two seasons I see a few potential heroes and villains.

You listed Reynold as a villain alternate? I thought he fit the hero archetype, at least post-merge. Also, it's interesting to see how many of these are now unlikely after EOE and Winners at War. Love the channel, and I'd love to see an updated version!

Dr Mike was hilarious but definitely not a hero! He would be a villain for sure. Great list, can’t wait to see a HvV 2 season :)

I love Michael, he is lit my one of my favorites! But i seriously doubt that he'll return, he's a pretty successful model now and i don't know if he would return.
