You are one talented lady. I followed your steps and I just love you thank you and I subscribed to support your channel. Thank you. Such great information. Quick question please. When I used the allignment tool it did not rotate my picture. It just sent the entire tumbler to the left and right. How can I fix this please? Thank you.

This is a great learning video!! Where did you get that tumbler design under the Packaging options from? I don't have that one/option under my packaging "see all" area. 2:23 mark in video

Such a great video and instruction. Thank you! I am having a hard aggravating time with the mockup templates. When I bring the design it won't pop in the frame! Some people say to move the design backwards but it still does not work:(. I have tried moving the image from different angles as well and no luck! Do you know why this happens? I am pretty good with Canva but don't get why it doesn't work!!! Please help! I have spent so much time trying to get it to work. Thx so much!

Thank you! I hope I understand what you're asking. I've found clicking on the image and letting it land on the screen from my uploads doesn't work great for me. I like to have an image already in my frame (on the canvas) and then drag the next image in on top of it from my uploads section on the left ( it will replace the image that already exists in the frame). Then, I can double-click that image and resize it inside of the frame. I hope that makes sense. lol

Thanks for the quick reply! So, you mean to have the mockup template or frame on the canvas, put a picture in it and then upload my own pic and drag and drop on top of that? :)@@mainroaddigitalcreations

Great tutorial, thank you! You can just save the PNG with "transparent background" instead of using the background remover to save a step :)

Thank you for your kind comment! I appreciate you taking the time mention the transparent background. It's a great feature! I believe you have to have the paid version to use that feature. Unless I'm wrong. I wanted to show how it can be done for free. 😊 Thanks again!

I tried today and followed all the steps but when o press fill on the canvas to make the design fit on tumbler it doesn’t reach the top or bottom… can you tell me if I’m doing something wrong

Hi! Did you save the design as a full design first? If you watch around the 3:25 min mark, I show the steps to save it as a full design and then upload that to make it fit your mockup. Let me know if that helps. 😊

This is great! Is there also a tutorial on how to create the art in the right size to fit the tumbler product?

My picture is coming out to big for the tumbler. what am I doing wrong.

Hi! I can't say for sure because I can't see the steps you've done. Be sure you're image has gone inside the mockup tumbler. If you are following the tutorial, can you give me the minute mark where you're having issues? I can try to troubleshoot what the problem may be.🙂

Hi. I'm not sure what you mean.

This is a very good video. I see it is six months old, but I have watched this video probably 10 times and followed ALL of your steps, but mine is not working like yours especially when it comes to putting it on the mockup. What I mean is that after I do what you do with making it like a seamless design and then save it and upload it to put it on, mine does not look the same as yours when it comes to the fill and fit part. Mine shows the image and then when I press fill or fit, the image moves in the rectangle and the same thing happens when I try to get it align. It does nothing. I am not sure why this is happening or what is going on, but if anyone could help I would appreciate it. I have tried it so many different ways, and nothing seems to work.
