I’m late! Happy birthday🎉🥳🎉🥳 Would you please do a detailed tutorial on macarons?? I’ve lost my macaron mojo. I’ve had one successful batch… and that’s it. I’ve tried the Italian meringue method and had better success there. I’m just not able to get the macaron to rise evenly in the oven. Your sagacious guidance would be most appreciated 🥰

Amazing as always🥰 May I ask how do your cookies bake so evenly.😍 They're beautiful. Mine are all over the place. Brown on one side, pale on the other, those closer to the oven door take longer to bake, those further back almost burned😅🙆♀️

Oh darn! Have you tried my sugar cookie recipe? It’s the one I always use and never have an issue.
I Imagine if that cart was at my house We wouldn't even let it stand upright lol Our family wudve wrecked chaos!

How did you make the coconut ganache?

It was super simple actually! Melt some white chocolate and add just the cream (the super thick part) of the coconut milk. Whisk it altogether and wait about an hour for it to set on the countertop or in the fridge if you live in a warmer space. Be careful which coconut milk cans you buy though because I’ve bought some that were the “light” version unknowingly and then it never forms into a ganache because it’s too watery. Use a 2:1 ratio of you want it fairly pipe-able 💕
I love how the cake is fake. It's a good tip for me as my friends and partner don't eat that much sugar but I still wanna do the fancy in your face cake

Yes! We mainly go this route and I love that I have that cake in my display cabinet right now and can enjoy it for a few months
Im confused. Is it actually cake when everything is styrofoam? Kinda defeats the purpose
