    Thank you for your reply. Do you do customization of zoho one? And how can I schedule a consultation? We are a construction company. We are trying to create a workflow to estimate, manage and bill projects. We’re just having q hard time going through each phase and connecting them

    Can merge group item lines per category let’s say do subtotals and then a grand total?

    Yes, you can use an aggregate formula to calculate the totals for certain options and then for a grand total as well.

    You can connect the CRM to Zoho Sign and send the proposal out for E-signature.
