Creating Interactive Scenarios with PowerPoint
This video we will show you how to form a branching scenario / game and then create it in PowerPoint. You'll incorporate text and images (though videos can also be used) to author an unfolding scenario where the students make crucial choices as to the outcomes ahead. Thanks in a million.Great content. Inventive mind.
This is a really useful example of a branched scenario. The comprehensive and crystal clear narration was a lesson in itself. It has motivated me to use this in several of my learning resources. I especially like the idea of the animation placing the photo into the envelope. More authentic still would be to sandwich the photo between a envelope and a suitably cropped copy of the envelope pasted on top. Thank you. .
Thank you so much for this! This tutorial was the inspiration for my project. I developed an virtual lab for synthetic biology by using this format. I added macro's to it and some basic if then programming with VBA to make it even more interactive. I have tested it with students and it worked great!

is site lor.sccsc.edu/lr/index.html running?
Great tutorial! Very informative, easy to follow, and thorough! I did have a quick question about being able to share the ppsx file for others to retrieve the Ppt once it has been created. Do learners have to have access to your private drive or can it be embedded on a clickable link on a webpage?
I tried to get the additional resources but it would not load I would like to use this type of template with my students
