Here I am creating an updated, upcycled piece of furniture for the boot room in our old cottage. I love to bring a rustic country farmhouse vibe to our home interior decor, so that’s the style I’ve opted for in this makeover. In this tutorial I talk you through the steps involved in prepping a waxed pine chest of drawers, and then layering 2 neutral colours of Chalk Mineral Paint, with texture additives and a crackle medium. Finishing with layers of coloured waxes for age and protection.
