    Does this work with ink exstracted from the inc pad or do you need the refill inks?

    @@calikreativ9378 yes, I believe the type of watercolor paper can affect this too or the amount of water in the paper prior to painting over. We did one in class last week (source was one ink refill of the Nignt of Navy); we all had different results though most of us found the separation of the purple and the blue pigments.
