When you loaded the file name as a project parameter you can also full on the info in the properties dialogue box, instead of coving on the title block to get the question mark.

I wonder if we can access the .txt files for the other Text Labels, and then permanently changing the Sample Text Value. Because one of the issue that I'm having is once the title block is loaded into a project, the sample text is the default Revit text and not the format that I want.

Followed what you did but when loaded back into the project to use, it did not appear.
