Excellent spreadsheet that gives you the ability to drill down costs by vehicle !!!

Probably one of the best Fleet Maintenance / Management Excel sheets I have seen. Is there the possibility to add one more sheet to this and that would be a "Dashboard" overview of the entire fleet? A sort of at a glance sheet. If I needed specific information on a vehicle etc, then I would simply dive into that vehicle's sheet.

I'm going to give this a shot, with most of the "mileage" fields changing to "hours." I'm a government employee that is essentially the fleet manager for a small landfill's fleet. My current system just tells me when lubes and services are due, but I'm wanting to do cost tracking, and have better metrics to provide to my supervisor so he knows what items outside of sunk costs (regular maintenance, fuel, etc) are currently impacting mission readiness.

Hi. Does Fleetio work for car rentals too? like blocking a car so it doesn't get booked on 2 places at a time or scheduling trips?

How could we show total mileage vs annual mileage?
