I'm quite sure that the English name for those things that prevent the aircraft from moving is: "Chocks" and you did them perfectly with great creativity!! It's a beautiful model. You appear to have used sewing thread for the restraining ropes. I think this is a poor choice due to the fuzzy texture. Any good model ship shop will have a nice selection of scale rope if you don't want the trouble of making your own from scratch.
