Hello, when using the "date" form template when it sends it in an email it shows the year-month-day anyway we can format that to email it with the month-day-year? Great video by the way! very helpful!

Hi, I have a question. Everything went just great with making and publishing the contact form but somehow it's the only page on my website that seems to stutter when scrolling up and down. Doesn't scroll smooth. The whole website works fine, already tested plug-in deactivation to check if the problem is in there but nothing helps. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue? Well, how a specific message can be shown after submission? Under the messages there are several messages. I have a contact form and subscription form and the problem is, after submission, it's showing the same message for both. But, I want to show different messages for each. So, is there a way to do that?

Hello, You didnt add a link in the last bit of the video (you point to it but no link). I am having trouble getting this to work if you could send the link it would be appreciated.

I added the form successfully, but the submit button is only showing up in white text and blending into my yellow background. Is there a way to change the color and/or outline the text boxes in black? It's a bit hard on the eyes as it is.

So I'm trying to follow along. You're leaving default settings so its making it difficult. For the 'From' Section you I could put 'My Contact From' and proceeded to put it back the way it was. But when I put 'My Contact Form' it says I need to enter a valid email. I figured it out, but trying to follow your steps when you don't finish an example, it makes it where I have to figure things out with another video or article. Just an FYI

I have a contact form but all it does is send me a email but not the person's information. Where do I find the actual person's information that input their info?

Why don't you use another tab to open and view the changes instead of clicking links in just 1 tab? That is way faster because you can always go back to the editing tab without going through the dashboard and selecting the right menu repeatedly. All you need is to refresh the viewing tab to see the changes. That is also more effective in showing your viewers the "before and after" changes.

Can you upload a file?

It looks so easy, but the latest version of CF7 won't let me type an email address that doesn't have the same domain as the WebPress site. So I wanted the email to go to a Gmail email address and the plugin complains, and after clicking on the Submit button, I just get an error. I don't know what's the logic of the coder. It seems that he just added some comp[ication. Thank you, the video is nice.

@@BryceMatheson I think if you try using a Gmail email address as your email, you might get the same error. I read his explanation about why that's an error, but he didn't convince me. Thank you.

I found the problem. UNfortunately, my host is AWS Amazon and it seems that I am not authorized to use a port they are blocking, and I have to contact them and beg them to unblock it. I will just type the email address they can contact me on the contact form, so they can send me an email,.and that should fix the problem. Thank you again.
