It looks pleasing from above and oppressive from the ground level. Just as planned.
Its amazing to how quickly you can turn this into a Hive City from 40k. Levels upon levels of roads going over and under dense buildings with factories everywhere that there's more pollution than oxygen in the air. Penal labor also being used to build everything is a nice touch too.
As a Texan, the ever-growing highways consuming more and more land all around is very accurate.
Reminds me of living in Fresno, where I walked out of a winding cal du sac suburb, through the street since the sidewalk vanished, through the parking lot if a big lot grocery store, across a large abandoned dirt lot, across train tracks (this wasn’t an actual crossing so if you feel rumbling run), to the corner of the lot that had just a curb ramp. Into the dirt. Unconnected to any other sidewalk. That ramp was the corner of a stroad so wide that it would sometimes take 12-17 minutes to get to the other corner, where my work was. A 30 minute walking commute for what would have been 5 minutes in a straight line. Your city is abysmal. Do more of it. 😈

Whenever I make a CS2 city I either try to make it the most walkable city on earth or an American hellscape, and this captures the latter perfectly. One of the most entertaining series on CS2 I've seen so far!
Although your CK3 gameplay is great, these kinds of videos are some of my favorite on the channel. Thanks for the great video!
the Captain Planet villain playthrough!
Looks just like my home, Houston! (help me I can't walk to Walgreens without almost becoming roadkill that doesn't get cleaned up for months)
Carmunism is my new favorite niche internet ideology
If you make a part two, you MUST call one neighborhood either “Jeffersonville” or “Washington heights”
Just as the founding fathers intended! brings a tear to my eyes
Oh god you even did redlining. Robert Moses would be proud of this abomination
It really doesn’t matter what games you make videos out of, the script is always *chefs kiss*
There ain't enough "high"-ways. The poor needs to know that sunlight isn't free in Greenfields. More development of roads is necessary.
This is American, but there needs to be more fast food and excessive parking lots (Not to forget the homeless on the streets)
So hideous it makes ronald reagan cry tears of joy

Good point, plus the rise of the AfD is troubling, to say the least. Added to that are the ramifications of climate change heating up (no pun intended) and altering precipitation and mean annual surface temperatures, and it's no wonder the Rhine went dry in parts last year. So yeah, all in all, not great in Germany; BUT, if given a choice between Michigan and Germany ... Germany still looks better, sorry. Say what you will about Ann Arbor but with the amount of contamination, economic disparity, and proximity to Ohio, Germany still comes out looking good. @@benisrood

To make this the true American experience, you need a single under-serviced bus line with stops in the most nonsensical places.

Not enough car parks, too close to being financially stable, not enough highways. Education Island is a nice touch however. The real problem is the kids walking to school, our city shall never be great when all those small boots are damaging our god granted tarmac!
Poisoned water supply and living directly adjacent to industrial plants but apparently housing rent is too high. If that doesn't show how useless and broken the high rent mechanics is, I don't know what will.
as a carless communist I greatly enjoyed this video
