How to be a stock market and day trading?

Are these trade ideas geared toward longer term trades? I'm thinking to myself "if we're looking for stocks in play on a per day basis, these stocks in the basket will show up when they're ready to be traded". Am I missing some important context?

I think the idea is to have baskets ready to go at any moments notice. Great if you can hit a button and get into that basket immediately. I think the trader was looking to put on a day swing trade for this basket.
