It took me ages, to find this Best and complete Video, KZread must recommend this on top of the list. this complete thing, I learnt through various other video, but was not clear, until, i found this simple and clear video, and what to do. I was so frustrated with error of php installation in vs code, then, xamp, not working. I just wish, if youtube would have shown this video, on top of every other video. ! Thanks Boost my Tool

Xampp needs to work. You need to change xampp to a different port. You are probably on the same port as another program. Set your system path as well.
