In this tutorial, we will be teaching you how to create visual loop motion graphics concepts in After Effects. We will be discussing how to create your loop shape, how to add camera animations, how to work in an additional shape of your choice to add dimension, and throwing in some additional funky effects to make your workflow stand out.
Let's get crazy in After Effects and create a visual loop. In this tutorial, use shapes layers and a few effects to put Motion Design to the test. You're welcome to copy our example, but you can use and shape for your Motion Graphics here in After Effects.

Nikki doesn't get enough love
I recreated this and it's nice that it's easy and made me feel nice creating something dope. But the thing is I am a noob at AE and instead of just following it I tried to re-do it after a few hours that way I do it on my own with whatever knowledge I have of video editing so now I am more proud cuz the knowledge stuck with me. So I recommend people watching these do their own exercises like this.

Struggling at 2:15 my graph view does not appear the way it does in the video and i am unable to select all and manipulate the curve the way it is shown. Am I missing something?

My graph editor tool does not look like that 2:10 I have no Idea what to adjust. *Edit: So After effects puts you in value graph mode by default if you have the same problem right click on the graph and click the "Edit Speed Graph" section

Fantastic work - any idea why the noise effect in my project is not working full screen? Only inside the objects.

Did you apply the noise effect to an adjustment layer, which is on top of your entire project? Also, you may need to create a background that is not completely 100% black.

As soon as i try to animate (offset, or position or rotation) it looks like i m loosing resolution. Any advice for that?

Found it: check Off (Final Quality) in the Fast Previews menu. I figured it was something with the preview because it looked fine once exported. I know it's 3 months late but I really felt like I had to share it after an hour of going bonkers with various options. XD
My stroke scales with the shape size; how to I stop it?
