I just noticed within one week I got 1 sale (6 days after listing). I just uploaded my second coloring book last night and it is in review now. Hi Paul! I’ve got 3 coloring books live, now. Yay! I’ve learned a ton from you! I create mine with bleed, but I just had a friend mentioning how it’s frustrating because some of the coloring part goes into the binding. Do you know if I could create the books with bleed, but not actually pull the picture off the left side? I’m thinking that would look weird, but also don’t want people frustrated bc they can’t finish coloring into the spine.

I’m not convinced the course is worth the price. If it had a better image upscale maybe but lighten and brighten can be done in Canva and other platforms. You also need to have a lot less black in a coloring image. I have to de-pixilate my AI images as well. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the course and the tutorial.

I was surprised by the amount of black in the images, I always thought line drawings were preferred to allow for extra coloring. Is this black generally standard in coloring books? Great video btw

I saw on another channel recently that KDP is asking the uploader if AI is being used to produce the content . And the questions involved sounded quite probing. As if the whole intent was to get someone to admit to something that might get their whole life's publishing work come to an end in the near future.

Couldn't agree more. I get the feeling they are cracking down on AI generated and no/low content books altogether.

Great videos as usual. Please clarify something for me as I'm still not sure of what's required here so do you need a paid subscription to Mid journey first before being able to use Imagine? Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing your time and creativity. I’m sorry, this will probably be a basic question I have recently formatted a colouring book with bleed 8.625 x 11.25. Book cover 8.5 x 11. I got an email back asking me to further increase my interior page size which would then Make it 8.75 x 11.5. Is this normal? Or have I stuffed up along the way? Thanks for your time

Sir i made 2 accounts but same issue happened whenever i upload book after 2 days i got gmail from Amazon plz help me whats problem is this • We noticed the low-content checkbox in the "Categories" section of title setup was checked while submitting your book, since your book is not low-content we removed the checkmark for you. Low-content books have different ISBN and distribution options, therefore we ask you to update your ISBN selection. To publish your book, please 1) return to the "Edit Paperback/Hardcover Content" tab of your title setup, 2) update the "Print ISBN" option, and 3) re-submit your book. Learn more about low- content books.

It might simply mean for you to just go in and resubmit since they already unchecked the low content box. Simple fix if this is the case.

You can't change the title or author name but you can change the category, price, description, interior and book cover. Changes usually go live within 24 hours.

I don't think so. The Crystal software upscales them, turns them into SVG files so they don't need to be upscaled.

No. The images created are .svg vector images, so they are infintely scalable.

Hi Paul - sorry for the basic question, but how do you get Discord to only show your prompts. When I do it, I see everyone else’s prompts, meaning I always have to scroll up to find my drawings. Any help much appreciated.

I bought Tangent Templates to create a prompted journal. It's not this high priced imagine thing you're describing but after a week of messing about I am giving up and going back to Canva. It's not as easy as they make it out and there isn't much in the way of proper instruction. You have to cobble together info from You Tube clips. Just want to warn people because this one you're describing is even more complex (and expensive). One off payments might be OK but there's no comeback if you don't like it.

Book will increase in price the more pages you add. + there is psychological price that people won't pay if you exceed that price

For coloring books 80 to 100 pages is about average. There is no specific reason I chose 80.
