The screen recording on the iPad has variable frame rate. Due to this the audio of the iPad will not be in sync with the screen recorded video. The iPad screen recording alone will have audio-video mismatch. So, your video using the phone also will be out of sync with the iPad screen. You need to record the iPad screen outside the iPad, using an HDMI capture card and a PC or Mac.

very good information ma'am. Only one doubt, you had splitter the video and trimmed off initial portion, you didn't show how to adjust the volume to keep the audio and video in sync.
