Got everything as you said, but the video will not allow me to click on it. The words do not animate. Although, everything went fine, goes fine on my slide show view. Any ideas about the problem?
Hi -- i tried to do it -- but am unsuccessful. In my case - text is also showing with rectangle in the animation pane which is creating confusion --- not able to do as you are doing with finesse -- can you help me ? where am i going wrong ? Using MS power point 2019 An early reply will be highly appreciable - Thanks

Have you tried grouping the rectangle with the text so that ppt considers it one object? I’m not certain but I think this happens automatically in the later version of ppt but if I remember correctly you must still do it yourself in ppt2019. Good luck! I hope this works for you. I apologize if I’m wasting your time.
