    I will have to try the Drops of Soap in mine next time. I have used Aroma Beads (from other sources) in the past and the Scent Output wasn't there. So this video is VERY HELPFUL as far as how much Fragrance, Beads (etc) to use in a Jelly Jar. Thank you... these Educational Videos are GREAT!

    Love this! Do the smelly jelly scents hold scent better than the aroma beads?

    Thank you, Courtney! I find them to be about the same. I just use them in different ways. For example, I will use the smelly jelly jars in my bathrooms, but they would work well in a car because they are water based. I LOVE aroma beads for my car and dresser drawers though.

    I've been searching for this specific jar for hours :'( I came across this video and am so sad to see that the jar isn't made anymore. What alternative jars do people use that look just as nice?

    Hi I tried making this, but I could only smell the fragrance when I was up close to it. Is there anything that I need/could do to make the fragrance fill a small room?

    Hi Kelsey! You aren't going to get the same strength that you will get from a candle since there isn't a heat source. However, they are great for smaller rooms such as bathrooms. You can add a bit more fragrance oil if you would like, but I wouldn't go over 2 tablespoons.

    Sorry if this is a silly question..but does it have to be a certain kind of liquid soap? Or can it be dishdoap or handsoap?

    What would be a retail price if someone wants to sell these? And are there more colors? At least primary colors.

  • @Naturesgardencandles

    @Naturesgardencandles

    Hello Diana! Yes, we do sell the Da Bombs in all three primary colors. So, when selling retail we recommend taking your cost and multiplying it by 3. If you are selling them wholesale, we recommend multiplying your cost by 2. Don't forget to factor in your shipping costs and your time.

    The instructions I received with the kit calls for 7 ounces of warm distilled water to 1 teaspoon of crystals and there were no instructions to add soap on the recipe. Which recipe would be the better one to use for the kit? At what point do you add the soap and how much? It seems I may have missed that part of the video.

    Hi Jennifer! I am sorry for the confusion. So, the kit comes with a one pound package of Smelly Jelly Crystals. This is a product we sell separately as well. The label for the crystals gives a recipe for an 8 ounce jar for those that buy them separately. However, the kit comes with full sheet of step by step instructions for the 12 ounce jars that are included in the kit. We will definitely look into our labeling on these. Thank you so much for bringing it to our attention. As far as the amount of soap, you just need a few drops per jar added right to the water in the jar.

    Since it is being added to water, we find that the color mixes best with a water-based colorant like the Da Bomb Soap Dyes.

    @@Naturesgardencandles thank you so much. I have one more question. I finally made one. Right after making it, I put it straight into my vehicle for use. I can’t smell anything and it’s been two days already. Do I need to let it sit while being sealed before use? Maybe for 24 hrs or a week? Am I doing something wrong? Lol. Help :(
