This was awesome. I'm a freelance SEO copywriter with a ton of other business skills. I've been considering starting a membership site for most of 2023, but felt overwhelmed by the thought of creating a ton of content. I joined a low ticket membership a few months ago, and left because of the overload of information. Now, watching your video, I'm ready to start actualising my content. I got let go this week, twice this year, even though I've achieved incredible results for the company. They're hiring writers from countries where they can pay less. It's a wake up call to start doing something for myself that lights me up.

WOW! Carrie, I found this video 2 years later and this had so many relevant gems! I thank you and Stu for sharing and empowering folks such as myself to create my membership site but moreso in a way that is strategic and won't cause burnout. One of the things I've noticed after subscribing to a membership site, the content isn't updated enough to hold my attention but batch creating and simplifying the content sounds like the best way not to fall into that rut. ​@andybodyweight more money. Its called scaling up. When you make more money you want more stuff so then you have more expenses and you need to make more money so ADs will help with that

Erie196 hey I left too!! I think 2 years ago because I didn’t have vision and purpose what I’m there for!! But now I have Goal and Vision what I want for my business it’s so worth it now!! Now I’m back again first month and have gain so much knowledge eg: Branding and How To Launch... the thing is soon I learn I implement it right away to my business!! In the past I felt exactly the same but now I know it’s me who wasn’t ready for the site ❤️❤️❤️

9:20 Yaaaasss and 2 years later parents are STILL in the dark and the kids are WORSE in phonics and reading than before the pandemic☹️and so I not only tutor phonics for reading and now doing free parent reading workshops, but am literally going to create a membership off the back of the workshops. I get kids reading in 4-6 months and everyone is wondering HOW😉and that is my leverage to help build my phonics for reading membership club

What platform is best to use for a small membership site which has already built in designs and funnel for me to create content within if I don’t know what I’m doing.

ClickFunnels or lead pages to get started, unless you have a decent plugin for Wordpress I have just moved from Wordpress to lead pages

There are a variety of plug-ins for membership. It might weigh down your site so choose wisely...or make a sub-domain.
